Please forgive me if I keep coming off negative but does anyone else feel like they have to keep starting from the bottom? I had two layoffs in the last two years and I don’t want a “foot in the door” job. I have viable, transferable skills, and I keep getting bull recommendations for receptionists or jobs that are totally outside of my skill scope. I have a degree. I have years of experience and ready to keep growing. Is anyone else having/had a similar problem or am I looking at this wrong?
Edit 10/16/2019 I shared the frustrations in the post with a close friend and she sent me this. Hope it somebody else too even if it’s only for a day.
