I have no doubt you will get another job soon, however, check out 2020census.gov. They are hiring until April of 2020. If I were you when I apply I would answer the 10 assessment questions at the end to ensure you will be considered for the many Supervisory positions that are available. TYJ

Hi Anna, I went through something very similar that I endured for about the same length of time. I was a school business administrator, I was the one who was dedicated to my work, was friendly, etc. Then my manager hired on a new office manager. She turned out to be a master manipulator...she actually convinced most of the staff and several of our families that I was trying to take her job. I had no idea this was being said about me...mind you I was the business administrator, which is at a higher level...why on earth would I want to step a level down?!
She created a very hostile environment to where I felt completely alienated, hated and despised for no reason what so ever. Since she had been working on this for several weeks, I had no idea until I did feel the disdain coming from others directed at me. I was literally thrown off wondering what was happening. I kept thinking...Is it me? Did I do something?.
Is it me? Did I do something?
Eventually, another employee came up to me one morning and asked me why I was trying to take the office manager's position from her. I was floored. I looked at him and said I was definitely not interested in doing that and where did he hear that from?. He told me that she had gone to him and expressed to him that I was showing signs that I wanted her out. I am a senior, I have worked my way up from a teacher to administrator without any hand-outs...and I had never in my career been faced with such a juvenile accusation. I was fuming.
Everything came together...why I was being treated poorly, why I was left out of meetings, why someone delivered a gift bag in my work email box with nothing in it while everyone else had a treat inside. It was ridiculous.
The Solution: I didn't want to help this organization any longer, they didn't deserve my knowledge, expertise and dedication. They instead, allowed themselves to be manipulated instead of including me in on her concern which would have been the correct way to address this.
My suggestion to you: plan your departure. Start seeking a new place to work because the battle against ignorance is futile, you can do better.
I gave my resignation a year in advance to help them find a replacement and I offered to train that new person. I left to save my dignity and sanity. I am glad that they are all working there together, they deserve each other.
Good luck to you.
