Does anyone know what HR reference questions can be asked when a company calls a past employer? I am making it all the way to the final interview and then getting a denial letter! I honestly feel like the company that laid me off is sabotaging me! The company was one of the worst companies I have ever heard of and should of known not to leave my job of almost 7 years for a company that has the worst reviews I have ever seen!

If you can ask someone at the company personally for a reference. HR will not give out much information usually name, dates, and eligible for rehire.

Have a friend call that company and ask for a reference on you. You will then know if they are doing that.

Probablemente muchas compañías no tienen los controles correctos e interpersonales, como la ética profesional y la mayoria es por escalafón, la posibilidad de que la compañía interbenga en contra de un extrabajador es muy remota, no así las personas que laboran en la misma, desgraciadamente no hay forma de que el nuevo empleador informe el tipo de información obtenida da lugar a muchas especulaciones, por esta razón cuando resiva un reconocimiento por su trabajo sea por escrito y en papel menbretado reconocimiento en papel con el logotipo de la empresa por petición prpia. Suerte y adelante.
