Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4 weeks of training for which 100% attendance is required
  • Ability to communicate clearly through verbal and written communication, using proper spelling and grammar.
  • Ability to learn and understand HIPAA privacy regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact provider offices to request copies of medical records, focusing on tier three work allocations.
  • Identify and coordinate the method for record retrieval with provider offices.
  • Maintain professional and frequent contact with provider offices throughout the record retrieval process.
  • Provide accurate and timely updates on the record retrieval status to Cotiviti clients

What I’m not understanding is the rate of pay says $16per hour and then when you click on the job description it changes the rate of pay to $14.50! Wow what’s that all about, as if $16 isn’t low enough then the pay rate drops down to another $1.50 more!
