An open mind with a desire to learn and grow are so important in your career and life.
Not long ago, I read book about positive affirmations related to your job, your work and life. And one thing that stuck out to me. Is that personal growth starts from a very young age but mostly shaped by our parents, teachers + the environment.
Sometimes problems + difficulties are triggers that awakens the desire to grow and lead to make changes in one's life. At other times in their lives, people are inspired to take steps towards personal growth after reading a book that inspired them. This often leads to new paths, to make changes in their lives, expand their knowledge and self-awareness, improve skills and develop new ones.
You may wonder how do you learn personal growth?
There are many books, articles, workshops + coaches that teach about personal growth. If this is something you want to work on, you can find all of the information you need by searching for it on Google or buy a book.
I can tell you from my experience that personal growth has helped me in all areas of my life. It has helped me at work, changed my attitude towards work + opened up doors for new opportunities for advancement. It has also helped me emotionally and mentally, to be a more considerate, loving and positive person. It also helped recognize my mistakes + negative habits and lead myself to correcting and changing them.
All I can tell you is that a very simple + useful way for personal growth is to look at your behavior and your life with an open mind and unbiased mind. This will show you the changes you need to make in yourself and in your life.
