We are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented Customer Support Coordinator to serve as liaison between customers and internal departments for our high-tech, growing company, located near Nashua, NH.
Responsible for providing customer support for equipment returns for repair. Issuing new Return Material Authorization (RMA) numbers, confirming and maintaining accurate customer information and details in the database, communicating clear directions to the customers for returning products for repair and ensuring returns are processed in-house and returned properly to the customers.
Must have outstanding customer service, communication, organization, multi-tasking and order entry/computer (MS Office) skills. Must have basic understanding of manufacturing, quality assurance concepts and planning.
Associates degree is preferred with a minimum of one year’s experience in a customer service environment.
