1st and foremost, always know your worth. Before any interview, I do the research as to either why or if I truly want to work there. Don't do it for the money, because that is the easy part. You are about to trade dollars for hours of your life. Make sure you enjoy what you do to the point the money is secondary, but still, know your worth.
