· General Certifications: BLS & OR active License required.
· Experience - Min 1 year in Operating Room.

· Contract length: 13 Weeks
· Guaranteed hours per week: 40
Pay Rate :
· Hourly: $100/hour and $4,000 weekly gross.
· (Non-Taxable(Stipend): $27.48/hr and $1,099 weekly gross.
· Taxable: $72.52/hour.
· OT Rate- $110/hr (OT Starts After 40hrs).
