I went to my manager later that day and asked if we could address the issue we had earlier and the issue was resolved.

i calmly explained my take on the situation and asked him what he thought the best idea would be from his point of view.

First off if you disagree with your boss you better know what you're talking about. I have been a boss and a worker and my approach would be; Hey Boss, I mean no disrespect but I can show or tell you a better way to do this. It shows respect and the willingness to increase production

I would ask my boss let's discuss the matter, so we can resolve it and hopefully we can come to an agreement and it will not happen again.

Honestly. Because if a company is going to determine my hiring based on how I react to such a situation? It would tell me if I want to work there if they accept the truth.

u have to deal with situation cuz even you are disagree he still your boss and u have to recpect him you do your own work and you go as simple as that because one day you will be a boss why not and u will understand him

I said okay let’s end the other part of the issue , then we may come up later with a different point of view for this issue . After a while we returned back to the same issue with a new fresh energy for discussion and agreed on the way forward with some modifications.
