Once you've landed a job, the hard work isn't over. Adjusting to a new workplace can feel overwhelming, between meeting colleagues, learning about the company and getting into a routine in your role. I've been in construction of so many facilities and plants. Relocation, relating sn't that problem, but some person's attitude towards work is what matters.
