Hey, STARs (people Skilled Through Alternative Routes)!

Education Design Lab is partnering with Unlock Potential and launching a project to design a retail pathway from store clerk to manager for opportunity youth - young people between the ages of 16 and 24 who are neither enrolled in school, training, or work in Philly! We want to learn from and with Opportunity Youth to deepen our collective understanding of their experiences.

We would deeply appreciate your time to respond to a short screener to see if you qualify and if you do, take a 10-15 minute exploratory survey and potentially follow up for an interview. All responses will remain anonymous and will help inform our work as we move through this project. The first 30 eligible survey respondents will receive a $50 gift certificate and may qualify for a follow-up interview compensated with a $100 gift certificate.
