Who was your work bestie at your last job? And are you still in touch?
How'd you guys become friends?
When I was working I was in a position where I could not be friends with my coworkers. But I was friendly and very respectful to everyone.
@Jennifer Young I had a lot of coworkers I would consider friends at my last job. The ones that I became closest to, we bonded over items that weren't work but more about our passions and hobbies. We still keep in touch today as we follow different career paths.
At my last job I had a good friend for the last 4 years of my employment and one who is also no longer employed there but we were friends for the whole13 years that I was employed there. We all keep in contact and go to lunch when we can . About every couple of months. We catch up, have a good meal, share what’s going on in our lives and our family members lives. We never forget to say that we love each other. We also realize that we were placed in each other’s lives for a reason.
Short stuff, yes, its a friend at my current job. We spend our 10 min breaks either giving each other a hard time or venting away our issues ;)
Stephanie and no we are not
You seldom have "true" friends at work; I was horribly betrayed by backstabbers !!
My work bestie was Christina. Both her and I became close friends from the start. We're still close but with me getting laid off we only talk now and again. Seems time has put space between us.
The funny people, we'll still be cracking jokes once in a while even after months of not hearing from each other. And they're always good for a reference when you need em.
Oh thats cool of you
I was dropped of on her porch. I couldn't believe it. God had dropped me off on brittanys front porch. Seth had found love by Gods helping hand
