I'm not homeless I rent a 2 bd apartment with my wife who works full time and 2 young kids. I've applied over 50 places and had only 3 in person interviews and haven't found work in over 2 months!!.. I have extensive experience driving anything like a large box truck n smaller. Clean driving record, I do have criminal past but im off parole and have been employed fulltime and out of trouble for over 4 yrs now and have married and started a family.. I quit my job as a ReceiverLogistics Lead at my last Employer just over 2 months ago bills are stacking and my wife stressing with everything she has to buy. I need a job either driving or warehouse, construction, security, customer service, etc.

Hello Devin, I’m sorry to hear that you’re going through this, have you tried checking out the Jobcase job board? New roles are added all the time so you’ll want to be sure to check back often. You can also utilize an internet search, try different search engines like Bing and DuckDuckGo, they can yield diverse results from the same search phrase. You also should shoot to send out 5 applications a day or 25 per week for the best results. Hope this helps and good luck 👍🏼

Have you checked with the EDD to see if they have any programs...
Also check with Target - customer service - receiving - stocking - employee discount....

Hey @Devin fosnaugh, welcome to Jobcase community. I urge you to visit the job board to see what jobs are available in your location.
Hey man sorry to hear about this, but try setting up accounts with gig jobs like Uber, Lyft, Ubereats, etc. They normally take around 72 hours to clear, but it’s quick cash. But another job search platform that has been reliable for me is Craigslist in the transportation section. There are lots of delivery jobs on their. You should also consider getting your Class A. Commercial drivers can make in between $70k-$130k annually. I can explain the exact steps on how to obtain a CDL the way I did if you’re interested.
