If they are hired for the same position file a complaint, but be careful some companies retaliate, unless you have a union.

I would ask management for a meeting to discuss the issue. Being a loyal hard working employee should be the forefront in wages. Also, a new hire, or anyone else, should not be discussing their compensation with coworkers. An employee who does that, is not a good fit for any job.

Truthfully I would try to stay and do my best for God until I no longer could take it. Then I would quit, retire and be my own boss selling Mary Kay products from then on. 💜🙏🏻✝️👠

Stay Calm & Gather Facts – I’d confirm whether the salary difference is justified (e.g., experience, role differences, market rates). Assess My Value – I’d review my contributions, skills, and market salary benchmarks to understand my worth. Request a Meeting – I’d schedule a professional discussion with my manager to highlight my performance and ask about opportunities for a salary adjustment. Negotiate Strategically – Instead of focusing on fairness alone, I’d present clear reasons why I deserve a raise based on my impact and industry standards. Consider Next Steps – If there’s no room for growth, I’d evaluate my career options, including seeking new opportunities where my skills are valued appropriately. Handling it professionally ensures I advocate for myself while maintaining a positive work relationship.

What they negotiated for pay has no bearing on you. Move on.

I would not do anything ,except doing the job i was hired to do. I would look inside my self an try to be a better employee so that the right people would take notice an one day give me a chance to earn more money.

Myself...I don't care to know how much a new hire makes cause I'm to much like my dad was so it's best not to know.
