I felt singled out after FMLA mental health leave and bullied and n my job
I was just let go from my job of almost 4 years because the qa wouldn't stop acting like he was more valuable than me and poking at me, so I told him my pay, which was more than he was making. He proceeded to complain and band the rest of the crew against me, so they fired me for "misconduct".
You have to demonstrate to your employer that you are able to control the environment in your work area. Please try asking them what you should do to prove your ability to do so.

I'm not sure about the circumstances around the transgression, if there was a legal contract signed, I will definitely file for a procedurally unfair termination.

Same happened to me, I was At my job for 7 1/2 years. Was good friends with the owner. I go On my 1st vacation to LA for a week and I ask My friend to send me a picture of the schedule and I was no longer on it. They couldn’t even call me, nothing. I had To call them and I got The run around. Nothing but lies!!!!
