Good news - but 'Common Cents' obligations pending

I applaud Gov Stitt addressing some of the more obvious contributors to our mass incarceration mistakes. I do. But while we celebrate saving $11.9mm from this action - I hope and trust appropriate investment is being made (from the 11.9 even) to help these hundreds of people vocationally. After people serve their time, it's not just our responsibility but its also just good fiscal management to help get them to get that first post-incarceration-job and improve the probability that they stay on the right side of that prison gate! Its common sense AND 'common cents'!
