Basic requirements include:
- United States citizen or national
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Registered for Selective Service
- Ability to pass a drug screening, background check, and medical evaluation
What are the job responsibilities? According to the TSA website:
TSOs are responsible for providing security and protection of travelers across all transportation sectors in a courteous and professional manner. Duties may also extend to securing high-profile events, important figures and/or anything that includes or impacts our transportation systems.

Most TSA people aren’t the friendliest specially when they scream at you and treat you like a bunch cattle pull your ID when you get to the gate take your shoes off and so on like you in military school they have no respect for travelers
