I recently had a Myocardial Infarction ( Heart Attack) at work. Upon return after 3 week long sick leave I was asked to accept a lower position that was open and I was hiring for. I was told my position will be abolished. When I accepted the new position, I was told 4 weeks later I am not meeting the expectation and was asked to leave with just one month severance package. I was acknowledged I was outstanding but all of a sudden after my condition, I was not??? Is this considered a Discrimination?
