They can't do that to you at all. Do you have a history of calling out? But this should not matter. There was covic all around me, where I work, and I new I had a sinus infection, I get them all the time, but because I went into the walk in clinic and I told them at least 4 or 5 people had it at my job so they automatically did a rapid test. I got a letter that stated I would not get the results until 48 or so hours. I had to stay out for 4 days automatically and my company automatically had to pay.if I had any sick time left then I would have to use that first then the company would halfto pick up the rest.

Find a lawyer that handles employment law however if you worked for a at will company it might be hard too stick it too them in any case good luck!😌

This is a very good case to file a law suit against the company. You can not lose. I am sure a lot of lawyers would love to have a chance to suit your former employer. He has money! This is what the lawyers want. I am sure not only you will win, but you will get your job back
