We're all feeling the pain of rising prices, but we're not exactly seeing a bump in pay to keep up with it. 💸

Do you think employers should have to pay a cost of living adjustment (COLA) to keep up with inflation?

it shouldn't be by force . it should be every year automatically. how do they give themselves raise every year? but when it comes to workers they have to ask and maybe they get 25 cents.

I feel that more people are looking for work from home jobs. They do not have to pay for gas, new clothes, they can eat at home, they have more free time. This saves them money and helps defer the high cost of everything going up. Employers should be required to pay more (cola) These rising prices are probably here to stay.

I totally agree that there needs to be some upward pay to compensate for these extremely higher costs for just about everything!

You don't understand how inflation works and it shows. The reason the prices are going up for goods and services is because the cost to the business is going up.Especially when it comes to the cost of Fuel. It now costs more to transport something. Inflation is a nasty thing to deal with the cost of everything goes up.

No. Businesses can decide. If they are profitable, it would be nice, but not mandatory. Wage hikes are costly, so prices would come up again. Minimum wage helps keeps companies wage competitive. But prices sure are kicking our butts, tho!

Yes of course , especially, if they do their job correctly, show up every day on time, and work overtime, more than they should yes they do probably every 6 months as a matter of fact.

I give my employees perks to aid in the advancement of their lives. E.G. paid time off, early dismissal, concert tickets, cleaning service for their home, just to name a few.
