I was doing dispatching I had to find the most cost effective and timely inspection for the warranty companies. Another coworker and myself put together a program to assist in obtaining this information at almost a click of the mouse. There were several times this came into play where we were able to save the company over $100 per inspection and almost a weeks time on several inspections. This made me feel great because the sooner the warranty companies get their reports the sooner they can make their decisions in assisting the vehicle owners. Talk about going above and beyond what the job description was at the time.
