To combat a stressful day I'd take a break away from stress point. Take a water break and do some stretching, then hit the job again with new energy!

I couldn't agree more. I try to get outside for some fresh air even when it's cold out. I feel that it energizes me to get out of the office even for just 5 minutes.
I agree completely with you @KarenGavin, taking short breaks just to clear your mind or have a quick reset can be very helpful in actually staying focused at your job. I'm a big fan of walking around the block during my lunch hour to get some fresh air!
