I've been searching for another job/career for about a year while working a job I don't enjoy. There are so many benefits at this company that I stay just for the benefits. This may sound crazy but I get free medicine and my benefits like health insurance is top notch. There will be a MOE (Merger of Equals) between us and another company at the end of the year and a $1500 bonus will be given. Ugh this is so frustrating but I am going to stick it out for the Pros out weigh the Cons. Has anyone else stayed with a company for the Pros? #Pros #Cons #Bonus #benefits #jobsearch

I think most people end up staying for the pros of a company FRANCES RICHARDSON . But I get what you're saying. At the end of the day, you have to judge which pros and cons are more worthwhile to you and your life, and then make your decision from there.
You could make a pros and cons list, and rank each one with a number from 1-5. From there, figure out which side of the list has a bigger number. That can help you visualize what you should do.
