I was so excited to have an interview last week with Cigna and it turns out I didn't get the job. My depression is at an all time high , I can't sleep, I eat once a day if that... I can't afford anything and I'm afraid I'll end up back in the hospital. I've applied everywhere I can think of and haven't heard back from anyone.

Hi Kate! I am sending you a BIG hug. I have had this happen one too many times, You get excited and then the let down is terrible, BUT this doesn't mean you aren't going to land a job. I was there too but you can't give up. If you feel that your depression is overwhelming please reach out to get some help. I really encourage you to speak with someone to discuss how you’re feeling and get suggestions. You might try visiting the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline site for additional support and information or the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, a similar organization. Both have numbers you can call for 24/7 crisis support if you need someone to talk to. Here are some [work from home jobs] (https://www.jobcase.com/conversations/36571252-e6b3-53b0-91a0-5ba8fbe865f7) to consider as well.

Please keep us posted and stay strong!
