I was allowed to do the best job,for a reasonable cost , and the goal was always to oversatisfy the client and address every issue we could on the project with little or no amendment to the total bill. That combined with doing at least 1 non profit task parts out of pocket at least every 2 weeks to get someonw back on the road to keep or start a job or maintain school attendance, priority was applied to single arents and military vetrans respectively.
