Now there are so many jobs but the wages and hours don’t reflect that anything has changed. The Up to 15.00 an hour is vague for any person. Must we available nights weekends and weekdays is also vague. Employers need to be transparent about wages and actual hours you work. If you are starting a person at 11.00 that is a big difference. 15.00 is a teaser. Nate and switch..The actual hours should be posted. Maybe then people can decide for themselves whether to apply. Time is money. #jobsearch #employers #wordsofadvice

that's right mae. nothing will ever change for workers .thy raise the wage . we pay more for rent and everything else. back to square one.

Wages need to raise

Good Point @deleted user ! I scan through and review new job leads and hiring opportunities every day and have also noticed the lack of detailed job information on the company job descriptions.
I've also noticed outdated job descriptions and pay rates averages that are a bit confusing but I also think employers use this "vague" language to attract more applicants and allow more negotiation opportunities for highly qualified/top candidates.
Don't let this discourage you from pursuing jobs that sound like a good fit and/or meet your interests and career goals. Submit your applications and use the interview process to explore your areas for concern.
You should always feel empowered to negotiate important items like work schedules, pay rates and benefits. You never know how willing a potential employer be to meet your work preferences in order to retain your services.
