I've experienced this but the employer took it a step further. Was interviewed negotiated salary and hired!!! Yes hired. Was told email will be sent out the next morning to fill out hiring paperwork amd never heard from them again. Followed up via calls text and emails and nothing. But hey nowone wants to work right SMH

I feel it is disrespectful for a company to tell individuals that they will reach out to you and you do not hear from them when you have given the company the benefit of the doubt and you as the individual try to reach out to the facility you get the run-around to where you say forget it

that's entirely normal. Employers don't really want to employ anyone unless they think they can get a workaholic who wants to take home an insultingly small paycheck so they tend to just ghost people.
