A little more in the area of Common Sense would be pretty cool. I was terminated because an outbound call contact called me the n-word 5 times not once but 5 times. I tried to handle the situation as best I could but finally I simply said why don't you come and say that at my front door and I've got to go and hung up. I emailed my supervisor and her supervisor informing them both of the phone call so they didn't get caught by surprise should they hear it on the tape. I believe it was the next day or the day after I was terminated. Apparently they felt that a person calling one of their representatives the n-word five times on the phone was actually a potential client. I have was unable to defend myself there was no consideration given to the circumstances it was just simply they sought their way in that was at the end of it as a result it's pretty well screwed up my life my finances and there's a good chance I might lose my house and it's all thanks to e telequote such a wonderful group of people so compassionate about their employees.
