How do I go about getting my account re-activated? It has not allowed me to log into my account since the,3rd week of December. I have followed all the on screen prompts and spoke with several techs but still haven't gotten a check in approx 6 weeks and nobody is really giving me any valuable feedback

@Scott Hook try contacting your local state rep for help with your case. We've seen a number of members have success with their benefits by going this route.

google 'who are my elected officials' and call those people for assistance.
