Manners. Not just polite, but good strategy too..

I love this. Much success of Chic-Fil-A is being attributed to them training their team to make sure they take the time to say please and thank you. A little old fashion manners can go a long way as we look to bring more civility and kindness to one another. I know as a customer I definitely return to the places that smile and take an extra few seconds to be kind.
