McDonald's are franchises so they are owned by individuals. Each location will have their own culture unless one owner has multiple locations. I worked there as a kid and it was a fun place to work.

Yvette is correct. Franchised owners run the business. My experience 20 years ago was great. I became a shift leader and learned; scheduling, inventory and people management skills. Go to the one you want to apply and observe the employees. Ask them how they like working there.

If it takes the same time, money and energy to get a low paying job as it does a much higher paying job why do so many still aim so low? 50 years later we are still fifghting over Mc Donald Jobs. WTF.

They cool some but we all have a bit h that think they run shit .put your gang face on get your money that's your friend don't you don't need to make friends in the work place associates only get the money bullshit later duck how they treat you get your money go home

Not so good that’s why I don’t want to work their and even if they were to call me I would be like no not happening I would also tell them that I wouldn’t recommend anyone or anybody to work for Mc Donold’s

They treat their employees well but if you work in a indigenous place that’s how you get treated like a bum
