Many Companies Post Jobs But Aren't Really hiring

Over the years I see the same jobs posted month after month. I applied at many of them but never heard back. Then I found out that the reason is that they want to build a data base so that if a position opens up say in a few months they can quickly access the data bank and contact those most qualified. Of course they don't tell you this because then people won't waste their time filling out the on-line application which some can take up to 30 minutes for the larger companies. This just show how rotten to the core these scum of earth US employers have become. They don't give a G-damn about wasting your time. Just greed greed, greed. They have this sickening attitude now that American's are just human waste to be flushed down the toilet. They all want so badly to outsource the jobs so they don't have to pay a decent wage or give benefits but if they are unable to outsource they only want to hire foreigners or kids living at home.
Of course this gives the illusion that there are many companies hiring which in truth many are not.

That's why you want to make sure you follow up on your applications. Make sure it was received and see where they're at in the hiring process.
