My advice to someone entering my field is...
Be prepared to work long hours, eat standing, get burned and take a few cuts and even with experience these things are inevitable...

That reminds me of my first chem lab classes.
The prof shows us the Bunsen burner and goes "Remember this one thing! If you heat it.... it's hot! Repeat after me!"
"If you heat it," we all repeat, "it's hot!"
And we all laugh.
Then maybe 10, 15 minutes later, someone goes "Ow!"...
Felix, Your job allows you to bring diverse groups of people together and smile while enjoying their meal. You probably have some scars, burn Mark's and cuts. I guess that is associated with your line of work. Hopefully you become the greatest chef. Best of luck.
