Come in late to avoid Rush Hour Traffic, arrive after am start up compression. Leave late avoid Traffic, less stress. Plus the benifit to stop to have Social Hour & Meal. Most come to work early tired, reason for coffee, smoking boost. Bottom Line: Each person's internal clock is different and if given a choice I believe the whole would work more productively.

I would rather just work than worry about the timing. I am fortunate to be free to do so, I understand, others are not.

Come early and leave early , if you’re a morning person ? But if not , come in late and leave late , it depends on what is the required schedule and makes sure you get the job for the day .
