I used to work for Wendy's in 2014- 2018. I was a cook /grill guy and part time sandwich maker only when needed. I worked their for 4 yrs. Tried to improve my way up to being crew leader and manager but eventually they skipped me over and another employee got the position. So I decided to move on to another franchise restaurant. #interview #application

you left for a silly reason. you could of least kept your position. once you become used to a job it not as bad as it seems. now you got to start fresh all over again which can be quite challenging and exceptional if you are trying to move up in the company. surely they are going to ask why you left your old job after so many years and you can't say for such petty reasons as they think you may not get your way there and quit.
