Most retail, fast food, and some restaurants will hire at 16. Even libraries hire at 16. Depending on the area, I live near a ski resort and they hire at 14. You could also look into babysitting or tutoring.

First and foremost decide what you want to do. You may have 2-3 or more thoughts. You may have to do some volunteer work first to get some experience. Contact your school counselor because you may need a work permit. Also, if you know of anyone in the field in which you want to work ask can you shadow them for a couple of days even if they are working from home. You can always try a job in retail until you can find something more in line with what you are looking for. Good luck!
