I applied to Cintas Uniform Company as a Route Delivery Driver. I had all qualifications the job needed. A hiring manager reached out. I had a phone interview, 2 part in-person interviews and a ride along for a day with a driver. I also noticed in that time, there were no women and no minority employees but the employees thought I did great. Management stated they would gather and speak on results. Did hear back when they said. After several attempts to reach them, I went back in for a status but the manager was too busy to meet so I left my email. Finally, they reached out stating someone with more Sales experience was chosen. Does Connecticut enforce the EEO?

@Jaime Jones You can file a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in the United States. This federal agency enforces laws against workplace discrimination. You can file a complaint online, by mail, or in person at an EEOC office. Make sure to do this within the timeframe specified by the EEOC, which is typically within 180 days of the discriminatory act.
