I totally agree with your advice. I sleep 6 hours a day and the rest of my time I utilize by being productive. Rule 4 stands out because when you say yes to people, their problem becomes your problem. I don’t need to inherit other people’s problems that’s for sure. Thank you for sharing your advice.
