Pay is poor and innovation is discouraged

I worked for the Texas store for almost three years and I hated the last year the most of all. All the management the last year was all from Texas. The first two years management was from Nebraska and Missouri and they were far better. They were after me because of my age and as you stated the pay was awful and any suggestions to improve the job were not only discouraged but were threatened with termination. They don't have a clue how to manage. No wonder that they are needing people.
