October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month!

It's National Disability Employment Awareness Month, which means it's a good time to refresh ourselves about the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

The ADA was enacted in 1990 to protect anyone who has a disability from discrimination. One of the protections in the ADA is it's illegal to treating other employees (without disabilities) more favorably.
