Today’s employers aren’t looking for employees that will stay at their company like in the past. Employers only want employees to either get the project completed so they can release you or do the job so they can reduce head count at their fiscal year. Employers do not want employee loyalty. That’s why the turn over rate is very high.

Hi Michael Bellanti it's sad when a company has this culture set in place. I would say that not every company possesses this mindset, however. I think the most important thing is to search for reviews from past employees to make sure you are a good fit and that you would be happy there! A high turn over rate is never a good sign, however.
