He can get away with that stupid question if you're 18-20, but if you're a seasoned adult, say it was a while ago, besides I don't want to be rated from when I was that young. BTW, why do you ask that (smiling). If he persists and doesn't like your answer, get up and walk out.

I always answer that question truthfully. Have a copy of your diploma handy.

I'm old so I would answer jokingly "If I answer that question, I'd be giving away my age and prospective employers are prohibited by law to use it as basis for hiring so I'm pleading the 5th" :)
