PUA wants there money back!!!!WHAT!!!!!!!

I'm on my second appeal for Massachusetts PUA benefits. What I don't understand is how the IRS can throw rules at you that absolutely didn't apply when I applied. I was accepted and collected for april2020-dec 2020, then no issue with 2020 but they have an issue with 2021 and they want all the money I got for 2021 sent back for some technicallity pertaining to registering a business yet no issue with 2020. Listen that money is long gone and I don't have $7000 extra to give them nor am I making much my income is considered waaaaay below poverty. I think it's bullshit and they probably give bonuses to workers at the irs that victimize families into coughing up any of pua funds back. I verified my identity and provided countless evidence to verify my previous income. I get responses like "anyone could have sent that paper" IT WASN'T JUST ANYONE IT WAS ME AND I ALREADY VERIFIED MY ID SO WHATS THE F**KING PROBLEM. IF I would have known the bullshit I would be put through to get funding that I'm 100% entitled to I would #pua #application #coronavirus

You may have to do research, as it was stated in our news paper what would not have to be paid back, as a direct result of Covid related business problems, I believe the funds are not supposed to be paid back. But the IRS has many clauses, many new rules, and regulations and will balance out the do's and dont's of post Covid and Covid as people navigate vaccines, wearing masks, keeping social distance, people need to get back to business, work, as well as play, movies, theaters, you should consult with your tax prepare, or legal help to assist with most areas of IRS

It really REALLY, scary for us little people that were told "HEY we're going to give you some of your own money back because how are you going to pay taxes if you live in a tent right". When the IRS tells someone like me that I owe them thousands of dollars it completely terrifies me to the point of tears. The IRS unlike any other institution can and will directly take money out of your paycheck or put you in jail for not paying them. I also cannot afford a lawyer and I'm sure anyone that they offer to help you from the its, isn't going to have the best interest of you and your family. Only coordinating the quickest way to get them their money. AND if they decide to take there money from your paycheck then at that point you now are faced with the decision to eat or pay rent. To totally ruin you seeing you don't have enough income now to support your family. Your children will get removed by social services because you are unable to provide a stable home. When I was growing up I actually believed that the government had my best interest in mind. Then I grew up and got educated.
