You are not doing anything wrong. Looking for a job these days requires skill. They have all these new requirements that people have to learn, like the tracking system that is run by the computer and only draws out words for a specific position. Then there is the task of tailoring your resume to fit their needs. Also, there is the interview and those are the hardest. If you answer one question wrong it can turn the positive into a negative. Is your resume updated? If not click on your profile on this website and it has step-by-step instructions on how to update or recreate a resume. Also if you think it is your interviewing skills google youtube videos and they have some great tips. In addition to this if and when you get an interview always follow-up with a phone call or a thank you e-mail. In the heading, you want to indicate that you are still interested in the position that you applied for. Take mental notes about what you talked about during the interview and mention it. It keeps you on their list of applicants for possible 2nd interviews. One more thing and that is your cover letter it should be killer and indicate the skills for the job you are applying to. Also never get up many on this website have been waiting for over two yrs or longer to be employed. God Bless you and best of luck and I hope I was able to help you. TYJ
