Loop Support is a 100% remote company, so this role will remain remote post COVID-19. The first week or so will consist of training with one of our customer support managers, during which we will cover the company’s workflows and protocols. They will work with you to find a convenient time to schedule the training sessions. They pay you for any time you spend with us, whether it be training or shift work.
This role is for a seasonal position to support our customers through the holidays. We're looking for full-time and part-time folks from October through January. Highly successful folks may be invited to join us as a permanent employee after the holidays.
