What made me stay at #FedEx was
I couldn’t even get another job, I actually almost died in those trucks multiple times, i felt over worked and everyone else even people who were working everyday and not really doing anything about the work situation complained everyday. You show up everyday to get turned around they are not clear with time unless you ask so most people are late until they learn to ask about time even though we should got emailed schedules, the lights are either dim or too bright and it is blinding and unbearable at times, most times they dont allow breaks on days were you work more than 4 hours until the next shift, the managers are oretty nice though they let you take quick watering and rest room breaks on the days where you get no break. It’s just I didn’t have a good experience and i do not plan to go back to the freights unless i get a CDL and drive. I am stuck getting warehouse job notifications because of my 4 year work history with FedExGround and i would like to be offered Custodio/janitorial or something where im actually taking my time instead of rushing and waisting complete energy.
That's quite an experience- thanks for taking the time to share. I have a couple of suggestions that might help. First, I recommend putting in what kind of work you're looking for in your bio and your work experience on your profile. This tells the entire Jobcase community what you're looking for, and folks can help!
Next, have you tried using the job search tool here on Jobcase? It’s simple and you can search anytime for jobs located right near your home. Just follow these steps:
Hope these tips help!
