I am in West TN and am finding that so many employers are requiring that vaccine to work there. They are hurting the workforce and families. #jobsearch #coronavirus #hiring
Requiring the vaccine to work at a company shows that the company cares about their employees. Get your vaccine or quit looking for a job and suffer the consequences. I have zero empathy for you!
Good morning first and foremost Paul is my last name ...I'm a African American and second that holyer then thou vaccine you speak of almost killed my youngest son...so please spare me the details on how wonderful this new wonder drug is...and yes my son has a compromised immune system as well as his twin and my sister. Again it would be different if I was talking out the side of my head but unfortunately for you I'm not. Everything ain't meant for everyone. And trust me when I say this ain't it.
Have you seen a person fighting 4 their life on a ventilator, well no vaccine and this may be you. Comes down to whether you really want to work or not.But don't blame these companies 4 trying to save their employees lives. You should be grateful!!!!!!!
I agree. It's for everybody's safety.
If you want to work take the vaccine. If you are not willing to take the vaccine, don't blame the company. It seems the companies are more medically and morally concerned about their work force and families than you are. Quit complaining and use some common sense or go to a employer that doesn't give a damn about you, your coworkers or their families.
Yeah there is zero percent chance I get the jab. Starting my own company.
No they are not! They do not want YOU hurting anyone!!
I mean every private company has the right to require vaccines, just like schools and if you refuse there requirements or don't want to adhere to there requirements. Then find a different job. When you are working for a private company, you are also agreeing to there hiring requirements. Including vaccination status. It's not something old it's been around for years, if you don't agree with the vaccines. You have that right not to get it as an individual. But don't expect to get a job anytime soon.
I worked with children and families for 25 years, and every child in our programs was required to be vaccinated according to state and federal law, before entering childcare, preschool and grade-school. How is that different? My father had two siblings die of Scarlet Fever back in the 1920's, long before vaccinations were developed. My cousin, just a few years older than I, was crippled by polio, just months before the vaccine became mandatory. Why is covid any different? I wonder if all of the 'refusers' received the requisite vaccinations to attend school? or to travel outside of the US? I don't understand why and how this has become so politicized.....
