Oh great question! This is tough for me... I adore cooking and have an obsession with food-related shows so I have a laundry list. One of my tops is Lynn Crawford! She has a lot of delicious comfort food recipes.
OOOOOO this is a tough one!!! I wanted to go with a dessert but...a super simple recipe that I love from Pioneer Woman that I have made for the last 5 years (and everyone enjoys) is this hamburger soup. When I had time (pre-baby, haha) I would watch her show and I enjoyed seeing her prepare food for her family. They also run a ranch full time so she is one busy woman. She uses simple ingredients, nothing too fancy and her recipes are ones that anyone can make which I love. She just seems down to earth and if we hung out I feel like she would be sweet and kind. : )
Okay my favorite chef is Bobby Flay . I love that he makes brunch
