This is a really great question Natasha! I think that it unfortunately comes down to the specific employer and what they expect in their work place. I don't have any tattoos myself, but I am an opera singer who has friends who like to get tattoos. I think most of them try to get them in places where it can be covered up because they just don't know what sort of situations they will be put in.

Maybe using some concealer to help lighten it a little could be helpful!
