Interviews can be challenging... especially when you're caught off guard with a tough question.
One of my least favorite interview questions is "what is your greatest weakness?" Who wants to talk about flaws with a potential employer?! 🤦♀️
Check out this video for some advice from @Yiming Shuang and me on how to answer it the best way possible!
Thanks, @Christopher Zettlemoyer, for the inspo! 👏

I would say my greatest weakness is taking onto muh

I don't consider what I want improve upon as a weakness. I often times go over my work because I want to be better at what I teach. So my weakness is I move my ceiling where others might be satisfied with good enough

Interview question I used was, "what is a common misperception others have of you?" people tend to respond truthfully, and 'misconceptions' are probably accurate..

I turn my weakness into a strength. I am a bit of a perfectionist and sometimes too empathic.

I. Wish u are my first wife

I tell the truth: "I am too competitive sometimes AND take any failures very personally"

Hi James. I think that would be a good spin. I normally say "I am sometimes too meticulous at what I do". Which I am. I normally turn interviews into normal conversations and explain how I address scenarios and the reasons why. That should answer their self-awareness questions. After that, they will pull out the interview question checklist and hope for that second call.

The worst advice I received to answer this question was to say something with a positive spin like, "I try too hard", "I care too much". The interviewer is trying to find how, "self aware" you are and if you can see where you need to improve.

I need to know how to answer the question, “why did you leave your last job?” I actually quit my last job because the demands were getting too much and there was no longer a bonus available.
I'm embarrassed to say but its kryptonite. Could be worst.my cousin super girl weakness is earth-wood/branch.&she don't even suck blood.lol.
